The Here and Now of Happiness
In this short talk I share some of my experiences of mindfulness, looking back to when I was first introduced to mindfulness a number of years ago when I was experiencing anxiety. I speak about the benefits of mindfulness – how practicing mindfulness and incorporating mindfulness into our daily lives can help us be more present and less distracted by our thoughts, so we can really enjoy each moment in life. I also give you the opportunity to try a brief guided mindfulness exercise.
